Send Button

Problem

The chat input needs a button that submits a prompt, shows that the request is running, and lets the user stop a running response. IconButton has the right shape and sizes but not the filled look or the three states, so this is a new component built on its structure.

Proposal

A square, filled icon button (primary Button colors, IconButton shape and sizes) with three states:

  • send: paper plane icon. Submits the prompt.
  • working: spinner. The request is in flight; not clickable.
  • stop: filled square icon. Cancels a running response.

Plus disabled for an empty prompt.
