Model Selector
Problem
The chat input needs a control for choosing which model or agent answers. Today the chat input story composes a subtle MenuButton with a flat list of sample models. That works, but it still shows a fill on hover and press, has no marker on the selected model, and nothing says what the control is for beyond its label.
Proposal
A new component built on the local MenuButton (trigger, popover, keyboard and focus behavior come from it). The trigger has no fill at all: no background in any state. It shows the selected model's name, with a chevron unless confirmed otherwise.
Open questions
- "No fill at all": none at rest only (what
subtlealready does), or none on hover and press too?subtleuses translucent overlay fills for hover and active. With no fill at all, hover and press need another cue (for example text color or an underline) and the focus ring stays. - Chevron: keep, or text only as in the design? (Same open item as ChatInput.)
- Menu options: name only, or name with description, icon and badge? Selected marker (check)?
- Standalone use: does it need a visible label, or only the chat input's inline trigger?

Erika, in session: use MenuButton as the base; no fill color at all. No Figma or Jira links.
