Identity Block

Problem

Erika wants the Identity Block in the Identity proposals alongside the Agent Avatar and Avatar Label, so the identity components can be changed together.

Proposal

Start from the PDS v2 Identity Block and use the Agent Avatar in place of the human Avatar, as Avatar Label does. Everything else is unchanged.
