Icon: agentic icons

Problem

Agentic surfaces (agentic Button, Icon Button, Spinner) need an icon that says who the agent is. Two icons:

  • Zappy (zappy): PDS agents. Already in v2 as a custom icon.
  • Sparkles (sparklesSolid, new): other (third-party) agents.

Proposal

Add the new sharp, solid sparkles glyph to the Icon set alongside zappy. Icon itself does not change; one new icon name does.

Source

Erika's SVG: ~/Downloads/sparkles-sharp-solid-full (1).svg (Font Awesome Pro 7.3.1, sharp solid, 640 viewBox). No Figma or Jira links. v2 already has a sparkles icon (the regular style, 576 wide), which stays.
