Problem

An agent's work shows up as single lines: "Updated the homepage hero", "Checking site performance", a tool call that can be opened for its input and output. These appear inside a collapsible list (Chain of Thought) and sometimes alone inline in a message. PDS has nothing for them. This is a net-new pattern.

Proposal

One row: an optional icon (status or custom), a label, quiet secondary text and optional expandable detail. It renders a div, so it works alone or inside a list.
